With a significant increase in the number of regulations impacting M&A transactions in over the last 5 years, keeping abreast of the latest changes and updates is essential for potential deal makers.
Understanding how to navigate the myriad of regulations, at a time where protectionism is at an all-time high, is another key factor in determining the success of a cross-border deal.
