新加坡商标的保护期限和续展

商标注册的有效期为自申请之日起10年，并可以每10年续展一次。
A trademark registration in Singapore is valid for 10 years and starts with registration date. The registration is renewable for periods of 10 years.
注册后的商标如不使用的时间达到5年，将取消其商标的注册资格。
If the registered trademark is not used for 5 years, its registration qualification will be cancelled.
