缅甸没有官网，缅甸商标注册实行刊登制。缅甸已申请或已注册的商标都会刊登到越南的报纸/报刊(如图下）。但，越南于2020年更换新制度，可能会有新的作风。
There is no official website in Myanmar, but they implemented news publication system for the announcement of the published trademark. Trademarks that have been applied for or registered in Myanmar will be published in Vietnamese newspapers （as shown below). However, Vietnam will replace the new system in 2020, and may have a new style on the trademark publication stage.
2020年1月至7月（优先给已申请或注册的所有人“重新提交申请）所需要的文件
Pre-July 2020: Documents required to file TM application in Myanmar
1.TM-1表格（TM-1表格预计将在2019年12月之前发出）；
TM-1 Form；
2.委托书（委托书应在申请之日起90日内提交）；
Power of Attorney(The original POA must be sent to agent within 1 month period)；
3.先前的商标所有权声明；
(Declaration of ownership)；
4.如商标已在缅甸使用，需提供实际使用的证据（譬如在当地报纸刊登的公告等）和首次使用日期。
(If the trademark has been used, the applicant must provide the evidence of used accordingly.)
2020年7月开始，重新接受缅甸商标注册申请所需要的文件
Post-July 2020: Documents required to file TM application in Myanmar
1.商标图样(Trademark image);
2.商品或服务名称(Goods/services-classes)；
3.给缅甸的领事馆公证委托书；
Special Power of Attorney (POA) executed by the applicant. {This document must be duly notarized, authenticated and endorsed by the Myanmar Embassy/ Myanmar Consul/ Vice Consul/ Representative of the Government of the Union of Myanmar in some appropriate country for foreign clients}；
4.宣誓书。
Declaration of Ownership of Trademark (DOT) executed by the applicant.

Duration of Registration & Renewal in Myanmar
1.商标注册的有效期为自商标申请之日起10年，可以每十年更新一次。
The registered trademark shall be protected for 10 years of the registration date. The protection can be renewed 10 years each time.
2.3年内未在其注册中提及的商品或服务中未使用注册商标可以作为取消其与此类商品或服务相关的注册的依据。
If the registered trademark is not used for 3 years, its registration qualification will be cancelled.

1.新法实施后，为承认在当前系统下刊登注册的数10万件商标，缅甸新商标局将推出“soft-opening period”，即所谓的过渡期/软开放式。过渡期从2020年1月开始，历时半年。在此期间，现有注册商标可根据新法（申请在先的原则）进行重新申报并要求优先权。这意味着，2020年上半年，新的商标申请是不会被缅甸新商标局接受并注册的。
After the implementation of the new law, in order to recognize 10 millions of trademarks registration under the current system, the Myanmar New Trademark Office will launch a "soft opening period". The transition period starts in January 2020 and lasts for six months. During this period, only existing registered trademarks can be re-declared in accordance with the new law (priority to apply first) and claim priority. This means that in the first half of 2020, new trademark applications will not be accepted and registered by the Myanmar New Trademark Office.
2.如果在缅甸现有系统下，客户尚未申请过任何商标，现在的情况就必须等到2020年下半年，因为缅甸在2020年上半年缅甸只会优先（prioritize）让在2020年前已经申请或注册商标的所有人（Applicant）重新提交申请（以“先到先得制度”或“first-to-file system”制度进行），所以请已在缅甸申请或注册商标的所有人，必须确认哪些商标需要在新系统下进行重新申请。
If the applicant has not applied for any trademark under the existing system in Myanmar before 2020, they must wait until the second half of 2020 (estimate July 2020), because Myanmar will only prioritize the applicant of the registered/applied trademark in the first half of 2020 to re-submit the application (using the "first-come-first-served system" or "first submission system" system).
3.2020年7月起，缅甸才开始接受全新的商标注册申请，称“grand-opening period”。
