商标注册的有效期为自商标申请之日起10年，可以每十年更新一次。商标注册可以因不使用而被取消，并且可以由于不可注册性而无效。
A trademark registration in Malaysia is valid for 10 years and starts with registration date. The registration is renewable for periods of 10 years.

Applicant’s name, address, nationalities；
2. 企业/公司：副本申请人营业执照（需要公章）；
个人申请：申请人副本身份证；
Company: Scanned copy of certificate of incorporation;
Personal: Scanned copy of identification card；
3. 公证委任状/委托书Notarized Power of attorney；
4. 声明书； Declaration of ownership；
5. 图样；Trademark image;
6.商品或服务名称。 Goods/services-classes。

1.Declaration of Actual Use (DAU)是继续持有菲律宾注册商标的必要流程，如果没有按时提交DAU，您的注册商标将会无效。
Declaration of Actual Use (DAU) is a necessary process to continue to hold a Philippine registered trademark. If DAU is not submitted on time, your registered trademark will be invalid.
2. 根据菲律宾《商标、服务标识、商号、标记容器条款和规则》第204条，菲律宾商标所有人应当在以下期间自主提交DAU以及相应商标在菲律宾的使用证据。
3.According to Article 204 of the Philippine "Trademarks, Service Marks, Tradenames and Marked or Stamped Containers Rules & Regulations", the applicants shall independently submit DAU and evidence of the used of the corresponding trademark in the Philippines during the following period.
第3年DAU——申请日起3年内，可以申请延期1次，时间为6个月。
The 3rd year of DAU-within 3 years from the date of application, you can apply for an extension within 6 months.
第5年DAU——注册满5年后的1年内。
The 5th year of DAU-within 1 year after 5 years of registration.
续展DAU——每次续展到期日起1年内。
Renewal of DAU-within 1 year from the expiry date of each renewal.
每次续展日起满5年后的1年内。
Within 1 year after 5 years from the date of each renewal.
（提醒：菲律宾知识产权局并不会下发任何通知，申请人需要自主提交DAU及证据。Reminder: The Philippine Intellectual Property Office will not issue any notice on DAU matters, hence, the applicants must submit DAU and evidence independently).
