GLO Advises AustAsia Group (2425.HK) on Its Listing on HKEX

On December 30, 2022, AustAsia Group Ltd. (“AustAsia Group”, stock code: 2425.HK) was officially listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (“HKEX”), offering 30,640,000 shares globally at an issue price of HKD 6.40 per share.
AustAsia Group is one of the top five dairy farm operators in China, which provides premium raw milk to a well-diversified customer base of downstream dairy product manufacturers and has developed beef cattle business in China since 2018. It is the first dairy farm operator in China to design, build and operate large-scale and standardized dairy farms with over 10,000 heads of dairy cows. China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and DBS Asia Capital Limited acted as the joint sponsor of this project.
