越南申请商标的流程 （大约需要14-18个月注册商标）
Procedure to file TM application in Vietnam (Approx 14-18 months)
提交申请商标(Filing application)----初步/形式审查(Preliminary/Formality Examination)【1-2个月】---公告(Publication)【2个月】----没人异议(No one opposed)---实质审查（Substantive examination）【6-8个月】----官方会通知所有人缴纳注册费用(make payment to authority)---下达注册证书【收到费用后的10天内】(Awaiting for certificate of registration)---商标注册成功(Registered)----公告成功的商标注册证书，并记录在马德里系统(Published the registered trademark in Madrid Protocol)【2个月】
越南商标的保护期限和续展
Duration of Registration & Renewal in Vietnam
1.商标注册的有效期为自商标申请之日起10年，可以每十年更新一次。
The registered trademark shall be protected for 10 years of the registration date. The protection can be renewed 10 years each time.
2.在越南注册后的商标如不使用的时间达到5年，将取消其商标的注册资格。
The trademark in Vietnam is subject to invalidation in case it has not been used within 5 years consecutive years.
越南申请注册商标所需要的文件
Documents required to file TM application in Vietnam
1.申请书；
A request made in prescribed form;
2.申请商标的种类 & 商品/服务 & 类别 Types,List of goods/services,classes of the filing trademark;
3.委托书（若所有人委托代理代办）；
Power of attorneys (if the application is filed through a representative);
4.使用证据；
Evidence of used;
5.若要申请商标优先权，必须提供；
Documents evidencing the priority right(if claimed);
6.缴纳越南申请注册商标得分发票/收据。
Receipt of the fees and charges.
注意事项
Remarks
1.申请商标无效的期限为自授予之日起的五年内；
Duration for making request for invalidation of trademark is limited within 5 years as from the granting date;
2.适用一标多类申请；
Multiple class applications are acceptable in Vietnam;
3.提供加速审查期（需要额外费用）；
The system of examination acceleration for trademark application is available in Vietnam;
4.6样或以上的商品项目需额外费用。
Extra charges for each additional goods in excess of 6.
