提交申请商标(Filing application)------初步/形式审查(Preliminary/Formality Examination)【大约15天】----公告(Publication)【3个月】-----没人异议---实质审查（Substantive examination）【5-8个月】----等待官方下达注册号(Awaiting for the registration number)【1个月】---下达注册证书(Awaiting for certification of registration)【1个月】-----商标注册成功(Registered)。

印尼商标的保护期和续展
Duration of Registration & Renewal
印度尼西亚的商标保护期为10年，自申请日起算，期满后可续展，每次可续展10年，不限次数。
A trademark registration in Indonesia is valid for 10 years and starts with registration date. The registration is renewable for periods of 10 years.
注册后的商标如不使用的时间达到3年，将取消其商标的注册资格。
If the registered trademark is not used for 3 years, its registration qualification will be cancelled.

印尼注册商标所需要的文件
Documents required to file TM application in Indonesia
1.申请人的姓名、地址和国籍；
2.委任状/委托书 (Power of attorney)；
【外国公民在印度尼西亚申请商标注册或办理其他商标事宜，必须指定印度尼西亚代理机构代为办理。】
3.宣誓书(Declaration of ownership);
4.图样 (Trademark image)；
5.商品或服务名称和描述(Goods/services-classes)。
注意事项
Remarks
1.若在商标注册后的3年内没有使用该商标，该商标将自动取消其商标的注册资格。
Registered trademark will automatically invalid if the mark does not use within 3 years.
2.在申请彩色商标的时候，需要声明颜色的编码。
