泰国注册申请商标的流程
Procedure to file TM application in Thailand
提交申请商标(Filing application)----初步/形式审查(Preliminary/Formality Examination)【1-2个月】---实质审查（Substantive examination）【8-12个月】----公告(Publication)【3个月】---没人异议(No one opposed）---下达注册证书（Awaiting for certificate of registration)【2个星期至1个月】---商标注册成功（Registered）.
泰国商标的保护期限和续展
Duration of Registration & Renewal in Thailand
泰国的商标保护期为10年，自申请日起算，期满后可续展，每次可续展10年，不限次数。
The registered trademark shall be protected for 10 years from the date of application date. The protection can be renewed 10 years each time.
保护续展应在有效期满前至少三个月或在有效期满后的六个月内向注册服务商提交申请。
The applicant shall submit the application to the registrar not less than 3 months prior to the expiration date or within 6 months of the expiration date to remain the trademark protection.

泰国申请注册商标所需要的文件
Documents required to file TM application in Thailand
1.申请人的姓名、地址和国籍；
2.申请者签字&公证委任状/委托书(Notarized Power of attorney)
【外国公民在泰国申请商标注册或办理其他商标事宜，必须指定印度尼西亚代理机构代为办理】;
3.商标图样(Trademark image);
4.若商标涵盖泰文或英文以外的语言，需要提供翻译。中文商标字样则须自行提供简单“潮州翻译”（Teochew-Chinese translation & transliteration）；（http://www.czyzd.com/）；
5.商品或服务名称 (Goods/services-classes)。
注意事项
Remarks
1.泰国商品/服务核对不是根据尼斯分类（NICE Classification）的， 而是根据泰国官网的商品/服务核对表（Thai classification）
The list of goods must not be reviewed through NICE classification, but Thai classification(shown in the DIP).
2.所有的文件必须翻译成“泰文”，并提交给泰国商标局。
The documents must all be in English.
3.委托书、转让契约、许可合同等文件都务必进行认证和公证，并发正本的文件给泰国代理。
